Overview
When a load never touches the ground, you weigh it in the air. A crane scale hangs between the hook and the sling, reads the load as it lifts, and shows the weight on a large display or a handheld remote at a safe distance.
Bodies are cast or fabricated steel with a bright display, protected against the knocks that come with workshop and scrap-yard work. Shackles and hooks are rated well above working load, and an overload alarm warns the operator before the lift becomes unsafe.
Capacities from 1 tonne to 50 tonnes, with wireless remote as standard on the larger units.
