Service response
What happens when a scale goes down
1. Call or WhatsApp us
Describe the fault and the readings you are seeing. Half of all weighbridge faults can be narrowed down before anyone drives out.
2. On-site diagnosis
An engineer tests the cells one by one, checks the junction box, cable, and terminal, and tells you exactly what failed.
3. Repair and recalibrate
Parts come from our Tema stock where possible, and the system is recalibrated and certified before you weigh commercially again.
Contract customers get priority response. Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm - emergency service on request
Put your scales on a service schedule.
Tell us what equipment you run and where it sits. We will propose a calibration and maintenance schedule that matches how hard you use it.
