The pitless weighbridge sits above ground on concrete ramps, which keeps every load cell and cable in the open where a technician can reach it. That single design decision is why most yards in Ghana choose pitless: no drainage problems during the rains, no confined-space work, and a fault that takes minutes rather than hours to find.

The deck is a modular welded steel structure with a ribbed anti-slip surface, finished with an industrial primer and topcoat. Digital compression load cells sit on rocker-pin mounts that let the deck settle back to centre after every load, so repeatability holds up under constant traffic.
